If you receive the following message when trying to watch an OnJam event: _Could not load the manifest file. We take a number of steps to ensure only the intended person watches the show. ⚠️ Sharing your event link with someone else could cause this error to happen. I’m in a different timezone. How do I know when a livestream begins?
All of OnJam’s livestream events are listed and broadcasted in the local time of the artist hosting the event. For example, if a host is beginning their livestream at 7pm GMT on Saturday - around the world, this will correspond to: 2pm EST 11am PST 6am AEST (Sunday) Once you purchase or gift a ticket to a friend, you’ll also receive reminder emails 24 hours before and 1 hour before to make sure you don’t miss anything.
